1:1 WELLBEING PROGRAMME

  • Daily (1.5 hour slot, once a week per learner)

  • 1:1 with an RTW therapist, coach or mentor

  • Bespoke programme tailored to the needs and interests of each learner (e.g. cooking, fitness, nature walks etc)

  • Working with the same mentor each week

  • Are experiencing anxiety surrounding school or socialising

  • Would benefit from more intensive, personalised support

  • Are not currently engaged in education or do no attend mainstream school full-time

  • Would like to develop confidence and self-esteem
