Placements at RTW can range from 12 weeks to as long as required.

  • Our alternative provision and wellbeing programmes have been developed in collaboration with schools, parents, professionals and most importantly, young people - meaning that every provision is impactful and evidence-based.

  • The directors of RTW are trained therapists and coaches, with extensive experience in working with young people and mental wellbeing.

  • We work towards outcomes set by the school or young people and keep in constant communication with the young person’s education setting to ensure goals are aligned as they work through their programme. Our learner’s voices are listened to at all times.

  • Programmes like our Budding Entrepreneurs have been developed to help young people avoid the NEET pathway, by giving them skills they can use throughout their lives beyond the classroom.

Our programmes

Information for schools

We accept children and young people aged between 9-16 who are on reduced timetables, at risk of exclusion or not currently attending school.

Our programmes are designed to encourage reintegration with mainstream school, reduce anxiety, build communication skills, confidence and improve self-esteem.
