wellbeing workshops

We understand the importance the role that sports and movement plays in maintaining our wellbeing. As a result, we’ve put together a programme of after school sports clubs for children aged between 6-16.

The sessions will include kick-boxing for all ages, general fitness & games for split primary/secondary groups and a yoga session for all. We know that results show with persistence, so each group will run for a block of 6 weeks.

During their six week programme your child will:

  • Learn to regulate their emotions through sports & movement

  • Build social skills

  • Begin to understand the importance of a healthy body for a health mind

  • Let off steam and have fun!

Please note that due to funding constraints, we are only able to accept your child onto one of the activities for the six week period. To see which activity may be best suited for your child, please see here.

Sessions will start in November 2025. Due to the anticipated high-demand, it is likely that we will have a waitlist. If you are not able to book your child onto this round of sessions, more will be available January 2026.

The sessions will be held at Pulse Gym in West Buckland, with the aid of their great coaching team.
